Manav Vikas Evam Sewa Sansthan (MVESS); 130,Hind Nagar ,Kanpur Road ,Lucknow ;is a Non Government Organisation, registered under
the Society's Registration Act 1860. The orgnization was established in the year 1987 by the group of like minded people with
diverse professional background sharing common vision and goal.The orgnization has been working in the area of Health, Education,
Income Generation, Vocational training,rural Development, Agricultural Advancement & Transfer of Technology for improved agriculture and Women Empowerment.
Orgnisation has a strong belief that educated society has the capacity to decide the course and contours of development for betterlife option, if given the opportunity
for participation, access to information and affordable education.
Keeping in view the organizations'commitment to fulfil its social responsibilities by the way of quality and affordable higher
education,Aryakul was established.
Aryakul College Of Pharmacy & Research
ACPR is spread over the 10 acres of area with green surroundings. The total
constructed area is about 50000 sq. ft. and still growing with expansion of
faculties . it also has fully equipped conference and seminar hall and other teaching
learning aids including audio visual equipment .The college has well qualified and
vibrant faculty and promotes ample of student – teacher interaction opportunity
for optimal learning environment .

Organization is also taking initiatives in the field of technical education as first step we established a college for Bachelor of Pharmacy course in the name and style of Aryakul College of Pharmacy and Research at Village Natkur, Post Chandrawal, District Lucknow under the aegis of Manav Vikas Evam Sewa Sansthan. The college approved by AICTE and affiliated to U.P. technical University. This is an initiative to give an opportunity to the Rural Youth to get much needed technical education at their door step and ultimately to bring the, in the main stream of development.
Krishi Vigyan Kendra, Sitapur :
Indian Council of Agricultural Research, Ministry of Agriculture, Govt. of India also entrusted us with the most prestigious projects
namely Krishi Vigyan Kendra for District Sitapur. At KVK, we have the 50 acres agriculture farm and 10 acres campus having residential training center for capacity of 200 people at a time with all the requisite and human resources and teaching learning aids. We are covering whole Sitapur district and disseminating/ transferring the technology development research institute for increasing productivity in Agriculture/ Horticulture/ Animal Husbandry and related fields for over all socio economic development of farmers specially farmer women. The strategy is to first demonstrate the variety, technology and use of critical inputs either at our institutional form are at the site of willing farmer known as on farm trial. Organize
exposure tours and field days for farmers at every stage of crop cycle and then finally demonstrate the impact of the initiative so that they can easily adopt the technology and gain the maximum benefit. We are working through the Youth Committee and farmer gropus some of them formally started functioning as Self Help Group.

Unit of ministry at District
Level for implementing its programme related to sustainable development of deprive section of the society laying special emphasis on women development and empowerment through addressing their literacy, education and income generation needs. The target beneficiaries are ill-literates, neo-literates and school drop outs. The approach is to organize need based skill development programmes to improve their living condition through sustainable livelihood and to create a learning environment which will ultimately form a knowledge society with the overall objective to uplift the socio-economic status of neo-literates through income generation programmes as well as to educate them about environmental awareness,
organizational skills, adoption of small family norms, girl child education; about the benefits of adopting income generation programmes as an
individual and on community level, their legal rights, the communication skills and health related issues i.e. RTI/STD e.g. AIDS etc. The aim of programme is to economically and socially empower the beneficiaries of deprived sections specially women and to improve their living and earning conditions by providing them need based skill enhancement/ development vocational training for sustainable livelihood:
